A beautiful hand painted wall-hanging with drawn detailing.
Inspired by the paintings on the walls of the Music Room at The Royal Pavilion this wall hanging has been drawn on heavy weight cartridge paper with a flexible paper backing. It is painted with pale gold watercolour ink. It will arrive with you loosely rolled. It has removable 35mm wide wooden batons top and bottom. It has been designed to hang from a single point, like a traditional Chinese scroll. It comes with black ribbon and there are a pair of beautiful cast plaster, distressed, gold Regency curtain ends that screw into the top baton.
In the images you can see it shown in the Long Gallery at Firle Place in the autumn of 2021.
